It is not too late! Ballet for the elderly
Ballet is a dance that is present in the imaginary of women of all ages. It often arouses fascination, but many believe that only young people can learn it.
But it is not too late!
Targeted towards the elderly, the course focuses on introducing students to classical ballet, associating it with bodily awareness. The teaching is attentive and sensitive, respecting the limits of each student. It works on stretching, posture, flexibility, attention, rhythm, and technical improvement.
